You can email copies of your documents to info@riftrefunds.co.uk (Authorising Your Agent forms and Self Assessment Registration forms must be sent by post as it's a legal requirement that we have a hardcopy with your signature).
If you need to send us any forms, documents or other paperwork in the post it won't cost you a penny.
Just write Freepost RIFT on any envelope and pop them in the post.
That's all you need to write for them to reach us.
Remember to write your RIFT Reference number (you can find this on any emails or letters we've sent you, or get in touch and we can tell you what it is) on all the documents so that we know they come from you.
The biggest cause of delays to refund payouts from HMRC is missing forms or documents, so get them back to us quickly to get your money back in your pocket as fast as possible.
We can't speak to HMRC for you without a signed copy of your Authorising Your Agent 64-8 form. This is a legal requirement to protect you from fraud and identity theft. If you need a new copy you can download one using the link below.
Trying to interpret HMRC rules can be tricky enough, never mind trying to do it in another language.
